I just found out a way to do it without downloading or doing any of theses steps. Much appreciated for the assistance but I found a quicker way.

Unfortunately I only know how to do this on PC's. Go into your "My Computer" folder. There should be an Ipod icon. Double click it. Then another folder you double click. Your videos and pictures should be there. To copy just drag and drop!

Hi mate, I downloaded all the software entered the key so i now have the full version, however when i click on the music icon on the left hand side it doesnt show any of the files on my iphone even though i have around 700 songs on there. oh yeah i know this one, happened to me the first. all you gotta do is uninstall the program and reinstall. you may have to register again under another name or something :D
