Personal appearance is not fodder for criticism. Nonethelesss, Novak is an absolute dead ringer for Simon Bar Sinister from Underdog. This glowing tribute ignores the friendly fascist policies and ideology Novak would advocate and express freely on the so-called liberal airwaves and in print. Formidable guests on Crossfire would drub this nasty troll. I heard he was Jewish. You can (wrongly) blame the tribe for communism, capitalism, the banks, and even killing Jesus. But don't blame us for him.
I'm actually glad that this piece of shit lived long enough to see Obama be elected in a landslide.
I'd have to loved to see the look and the ugly face of that treasonous, racist, evil little man when he saw someone overwhelmingly elected who was a force for good, basically the opposite of everything Novak believed in. Nice final "fuck you" to the old man.
His betrayal of the brave Valerie Plame will be his shameful legacy.
Good Riddance, you parasitic sleazoid. Too bad you did not live long enough to go to prison for outing Valerie Plame. It's a pity I don't believe in hell . If I did I would wish you were there.
Mr. Novak, great reading "Prince of Darkness." That book is a great legacy that you have left for us. Your name with continue on long after Valerie Plame becomes a hostess at Denny's.
Not the least surprized by liberal hatred and vitriol when a conservative dies.
I'm glad most conservatives are on a much higher level than these liberals.
Ted Kennedy has brain cancer. I'm no fan of Kennedy, but best wishes to him and his family.
The "open-minded, diversity-oriented, 'hate-is-not-a-family-value' hypocrites" have a field day when a conservative is ill, or passes away. They can no longer maintain the ludicrous facade of being compassionate "intellectually elite" human beings
I've noticed this too, Graymalkin. Although there are some hatred spewers on the right, there just seems to be so much more of this kind of thing coming from the left. I know most liberals are not this way, but there seems to be a significant number of them who feel free to shout the most mean-spirited hatred in a very personal way to their political foes. Just look at the kind of stuff that is regularly posted on the Daily Kos.
This bastard was the Jane Fonda of the conservative right . He told our enemies the name of someone who was working for the CIA. That not only screwed her, it screwed every one of her contacts. And he did it for political gain - so the Cheney's could silence criticism of the Iraq War. And like that scumbag Robert McNamara, they all knew they were doing wrong. Good riddance to bad rubbish is a perfect summation of this bastard's anti-american activity.
No, not true. The CIA had already taken Plame off of active duty, and her name as a CIA agent was well-known around the DC party circuit. And Novak did not do it for political gain. Novak was a very vocal critic of the war in Iraq (and the Gulf War, too), and was a constant thorn in Bush's side. Novak never did anything for political gain. He was tough and outspoken with all politicians.
Yes. Not that I was a fan of the Vietnam War, but why are the liberals whining about Plame, yet praised Daniel Ellsberg for publishing the Pentagon Papers?
As Fred Barns said, "He was a conservative but he was always very tough on Republicans as well as Democrats, and he terrified a lot of politicians in town."
An unethical, petulant child-man.

Nearly as right-wing as Ben Stein, and about as attractive.
