  • grande canzone !!!

  • that's fantastic! great job!

  • could'nt you just use the light barrier to turn off a transistor and let it run free?

  • hehe, it's not that easy :)

  • @strobosk it seems to me like it would eventually reach a stable frequency where the object bobs at the right speed to levitate below the laser line... I don't see why you need the micro unless you want distance control.

  • @ossumguywill for levitation you must find correct coefficients P (proportional) and D (differential). So that why you need a microcontroller. For reading A/D channel and than calculation of equation.

  • svaka cast!! Dober projekt!

  • So is the coil just on/off or can it sense the distance to the object and adjust accordingly?

  • The coil is controlled with pwm using PD (proportional diferential) regulator. The distance is measured with a/d converter on light sensor.

  • E lepo : )

  • I wonder if you can smooth it with PWM and some formulas for predicting its location when in freefall (taking into account the magnetic strength dropoff)

  • May I ask how many volts your running in that coil?

  • 20V

  • How does that work? Is the coil turned off while the object is between the light barrier?

    Thx if you could explain.

  • Hi, yes, the coil is turned off while the object is between the light barrier and turned on when it's not between the light barrier.

  • zelo dober posnetek. res super...le tako naprej! same odlične ocene si zaslužiš:)

  • Hvala;)
