  • Early command center is quite attractive. 11 supply for 550 mins. Approx 240 returned relatively fast (1 mule), hence net investment ~300 for 11 supply.

    2 supply depots cost 200 mins, so only 100 mins more. 2nd mule you are already getting positive with respect to return of investment.

    Why often used against Zerg? Because you can relatively easy wall in and hold and do the investment. It does also not really delay the helions. Against toss and 3-4 gate you might need the marines to defend.

  • Great play by Kas.. it looks like he is adapting to Zenio's play as they go along. Zenio doing the same thing every game.  Ling/bling/muta into Broodlord/OPfestor

  • Kas is insane! He basically just lets zerg progress to their peak of power, then kicks them right off the ledge and says goodbye

  • In chess the first ten moves are usually the most significant moves beside the mate. This is due the progression of pawn structure that basically locks the board into a certian defined set of moves that have been studied for hundreds of years. To put it simply, as the pawns move foward u are left with a shrinking set of spaces left open, leaving u less moves. It doesnt define the next twenty moves, it defines the entire game

  • @thebole123 Yo dawg.. It's spelled MASSIVE.. and Ghost, and yes.. they all should do that. Or else Terran wouldn't have a viable counter to broodlords as they could never keep up with the viking vs corrupter count.

  • I never thought Liquid was a very good team. I'm sure they have success locally, but they aren't very good compared to the real pro gamers. The only player from this team that had any success was Huk, and he's gone. This Zerg player's APM is too low to be successful in top-level tournaments.

  • @kaocsaephan well EG isnt that successful either. And the zerg did not lose because of APM. There were - obviously - other reasons more important.

  • @Tracchofyre He had terrible micro. Losing an overseer for no reason when he could've just moved it away. He wasted a lot of lings due to bad scouting. For example, he lost a couple of lings at his third when they got kited by hellions. He never effectively harassed with mutalisks. He missed many opportunities to pick off siege tanks with mutalisks. The small things add up.

  • @JJFZ3000 i agree, zerg is the one race that wont let you get away with making even small mistakes, because they do add up. Unlike terran, where one can get away with trowing away medvac after medvac like you saw in this series and be vistually unscathed.
