Step 1: Extract a map like gm_bigcity to Portal.

Step 2: Open Portal and the in the console "map (mapnamehere)

Step 3: Type in the console "sv_cheats 1" then "impulse 101" then press 1 three times for the portal gun.

This is awesome but I want a mod with the portal gun in CSS. You have to choose what you want to buy, a riffle or the portal gun. So the game won't become a mess, because with the portal gun you would move to fast around the map so you should have only knife and pistol. And yea.. no deathmatch! Normal cs/de maps, but with option to buy a portal gun instead of a riffle.

Other evidence, at 16 seconds, protothps was in an actual "Portal" loop from the game "Portal" (duh). If you want to try this, then get GCF scape, and unpack the CSS files into Portal.
