  • Great information, most vegetable oils (especially hydrogenated) are the cause of type 2 diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, they have also been linked to cancer. I was able to cure my type 2 diabetes by cutting out most vegetable oils and cooking with only coconut oil, real butter and some olive oil. I also loaded up on flax seed oil and fish oil. It's not easy avoiding vegetable oils, they are in crackers, cookies, cakes, mayonnaise, dressing, soups, bread, pizza, it's even in candy.

  • Consider removing dairy from your diet, people.

    6 years ago when I use to have milk like the standard america (Milk in cereal, cheese in sandwiches, ect) After I removed dairy from my diet, I immediately saw pustule acne disappear and I felt so much more energetic. I have now been able to go to bed around 1-2 o clock and wake up at 7 feeling well rested.

    I also lost about 30 pounds after I removed dairy from my diet.

  • good video...the *only* thing I would add is that canned salmon, sardines and kippers are very very good sources of Omega 3 fats..and they are the true sources of this fat...so these are little processed and NOT on perimeter of store but will help your total health. Walnuts too...usually found in the interior aisles of the store.

  • @valnaples Yes, I agree. After I posted the video I noticed I forgot canned tuna, salmon, sardines, etc. I could of swore I said walnuts.... Hmmmm I don't remember now lol. Yes, like I said there are times you need to go into the isles. But for the most part, the perimeter is best. These are just guidelines. Interestingly, at the health food store where I shop the walnuts, almonds, canned tuna, etc. are all in the perimeter!! Some stores differ though. I know that. Thanks for watching! :)
