  • Cudos Frank. Your'e a big inspiration to me, not only for the great astethic look you have achieved but also because of your tremendus feats of strength, but even more so because of the way you have done it, breaking the norms within the fitness community by being vegan an all. it is something most gym goers have a hard time understanding, why someone can look and perform that good without eating meat.

  • @punknfit Thanks friend. Protein from brown rice, beans, lentils, leafy greens like spinach, broccoli, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, nuts and seeds, whole grain breads. Supplement with hemp and spirulina protein.

  • @Foxrider4564 I'm 19 and I can't even do a handstand, and I'm willing to bet he can do it a lot longer. Those are just the requirements, foo! :)

  • have you considered doing front lever muscle ups? that is, start in a front lever, then pull up into the top position of a muscle up, then go back down into a front lever. i know you can do it!

  • Need less swing on them leg lifts and a bit more hold at the top. Everything else looks great!!!

I actually got to meet you and the Barholics at open gym a couple a weeks ago, and get on the bar with you guys briefly it was awesome to see you guys do your stuff in person,just amazing strength and control that you have, very inspiring!   • Hello there...Did you heard about Hannibal and Hit project "Clash of the bar titanz''contest???You had to do two exercises:first from Hannibal(muscle up and leg flutters)second from hit(tigerband pushups and elbow rock)So if you will do these exercises in correct form and the same quantity of repetitions that they do-you will win the contest and get all their dvd's,shorts,gloves for free!!!I think you can get it.Keep posting-great videos...Good luck!

  • Hello, I have an inquisition.

    Although I have been doing and improving many variants of pulls, dips and pushes utilizing a variety of different grips and positions it seems as though my biceps are always smaller than the rest of my arm. Is this simply how I am built, or perhaps because the rest of my body just picks up the slack?

  • @AetherOneQuarter Your tricep is a larger muscle, so that would be why. Its normal

  • Parallel bars are all a lil below my hip. I'm "5,6". can I still use them? I end up having to lean FAR forward so my knees don't touch the ground

  • @DangerBrooks Yes try to bring your knees up as high as you can. This will really help train your core and your abs as well. It will be somewhat harder but will definitely give you great results!

  • When the marines tell me to do the pull ups im gunna do one more by cranking out 29 muscle ups LOL

  • @nashmedina Hey, Ive wanted to ask what you were like before you ever trained, at least consistently. Basically ive been stuck at 18RM on chins, went from 8 pulls to 18 in like 2.5 months, but the past month I havent increased reps, is it perhaps my body isnt designed for endurance trianing ,perhaps i respond better to weighted chins and such, strength work.
