In addition to being a little ahead of the other one, the one on the viewer's right looks like it enjoys the music a bit more, while the other one is just kind of going along with it. I actually got more of an impression that the one on the right was the girl, based on the bounciness and enthusiasm of dance moves compared to the lackluster left.
