Kostya was floored in the 1st and suffered a perforated ear drum, thick dark blood was streaming out. i can see your point and i guess we'll never know but Tyson was very quick for a power puncher with excellent head movement. i don't see his explosiveness in anyone that Ali fought. ... none of Tyson's opponents were up to Ali's standard either i suppose

tyson was quick, but only in the inside, though he was far past his prime, you could see that with his match against lennox lewis. while ali fought many different styles and proved he could take frazier (eventually) on the inside, and the power of foremen. ofcourse it is all speculation, but ali was a freak when it came to taking punishment and stamina, which may have been to his detriment today. but i think the most telling difference was intelligence. ali wasnt the best, but likely the smartes

Mate, that's exactly what I was just about to post! I think it would have gone Kostya late round or a points win. Tszyu's style would have been to tricky for Mayweather. Tszyu was thinking fighter, he would have been able to get through Mayweather's defense, whilst being able to counteract Mayweather's hand speed!

Hatton smashed him to bits, he couldnt get up for any more. Like it or love it. You can say he was past it etc ut hatton is tough as they get. These dancers think they will pick him off then get their insides knocked out of them. No one gave Ricky a chance before that fight then its all about the fact KT is past it. Tszyu was awesome and i love him, he had so much respect for rick after that fight he gave him his phone num to be pals.

You are getting bit carried away mate. Tszyu wasn't past it but he wasn't at his prime. Hatton Was given plenty of chances and the betting was 50/50 or close to it. I know amongst my friends Tszyu was the sentimental fave but everyone new Hatton was tough. Even Tszyu made it clear that although he believed he could win, it would be one of his hardest.
