Fin film, men som nevnt: Kane skyter alltid med en arm, og har aldri hatt en sort revolver! Men stilig med initiativ, og ganske bra laga =) 4 absolutt :D
The Kane character is very complex and the writer lets you in behind his eyes and into his emotional life and you are really involved with the character adventures.
To be honest, a five minute fan film is a not of time to explore the emotional depth of Morgan Kane.
A movie expression technique is really different from expression technique from a book.
In a book it can say." A fresh breeze drags the mysterious person slowly along the horizon of the end of the street".
The people who own the Morgan Kane licence was very pleased with the film and said that it kept the essence of Kane and that was the most important thing. Sure they commented about some details but they told us that we had done a good job.
Morgan Kane is entertainment and the books about him are written to entertain.
The auteur, Hallbing's writing is so extraordinary colourful and exotic.
I watched up to 1:40, then I stopped. I have never read about Morgan Kane having such a long coat, and he only uses one hand when he fires his gun, so he doesn't lose his aim. I thought a fan video would be a bit more accurate!
Dette var en kul film. For å begynne litt negativt: Dialogen var ikke helt heldig, og dubbingen var en smule slurvete. Det var heller ikke så lett å trekke fram noe konkret plot, annet enn at Kane skyter en haug med folk. Men igrunn er ikke det noe problem med tanke på filmens lengde. Rent bortsett fra det, og spesielt med tanke på ressurser, var dette en smått imponerende film. Og som en svoren western-fan er dette lett å svelge. Jeg ser gjerne mer. :D

In a movie, how can you give the same feeling? The answer: Put a long coat on the mysterious person and a wind machine and slow motion.
Enjoy it for what it is.
It was filmed somewhere in Utah, USA and in a western town in Lillehammer, Norway.
