It sounds like Zarkon, which is the English name of the villain Daibazaal (ダイ・バザール大帝王) on Lion Voltron, which is the Western version of the anime GoLion (百獣王ゴライオン). It wouldn't surprise me that Zarkon is a Lion Voltron (百獣王ゴライオン) reference since Pharrell is known to be a fan of the anime.

the original authentic hoodies are real expensive. the bape shoes are easily above $200, not sure how much the hoodies are but the price range for the bathing ape is around the low hundreds :(
