Your voice is to american to cover blunty, he is to high pitched for your voice to cover. If you get cour guitarist to try the capo at fret 3 you´ll get a sound to match your voice, it even works for me and my vvoice makes the bass amp struggle to go that low.

I don't think its the key thats not right but more the phrasing of how you sing. Its not as smooth and flowing as blunts version. but I think your voice is amazing. Ill definitely be checking out your other vids now.
