ive got to build a stronghold for Hlaalu, but when i go to purchase a land deed he dosent have any. he says he does ,but dosent. Anyone knows what it is? a bug? or am i missing something?

it seems. that both rethan (the one near balmora) and the other one near ald ruhn seems easyer to build
