I saw her last night on the Smooth Jazz cruise. She is talented, great personality, she can work the crowd. She made new songs as she performed. One of the most awesome singers I've ever had the pleasure to see.. Truly gifted..

She is by far the best vocalist the world of music has ever seen. Her pulling notes thru her body is part of the facial jestures. If you notice some of the way the notes and sounds come out do to her facial movements...it's simply incredible.

Great singer, would rather hear her sing with eyes closed then watch, but 8:27 just a little too far out there. Ol girl can really sing, but from a singers prospective you really have to serenate the crowd when you sing. When you go high yeah of course you gotta open your jaw up but damn not eat them. And real talk i would feel a little uncomfortable if I was her man and in the bedroom with her and she was making those faces while singing to me.

Arthuroluis, from where I sit I am more than a singer, and as such, a real singer respect the art of music/singing, and know that how one looks when she sings is irrelevant, it is how one sounds is important. Music is about sounds, not appearance. Singers like Jennifer Holliday, Patti Labelle, Shanice Wilson and even Randy crawford at times make 'weird' faces, but as you also attest that does not take from their vocal brilliance.

This is the first time I recall doing so on a Rachelle's video. However, I see the need to call persons out when I think they are distracted. You are a nice guy, but I see where pop culture has taken root. Serious singers reject trivialities. You have to keep focus and look beyond one's physical appearance. I am certain the audience was serenaDed by this brilliant vocalist, that's why she continues to have a fan base. Genuine music listeners know how to separate music from a beauty pageant. If you were a singer as you claimed, your pErspective would be different. So stick to your pop fads and leave authentic music to those of us who appreciate it. Also you are not MAN ENOUGH to take on such a dynamic and authentic BLACK woman!

Are you a singer. If not then you DON"T understand. I take nothing away from her voice because i have become a fan of it myself, just the unecessary facial overexpressions really made me laugh i mean come on now. I have heard many sing the same notes in the same tone and not look so "wierd". You wouldn't know what i can take on either by the way.

Arthuroluis, from where I sit I am more than a singer, and as such, a real singer respect the art of music/singing, and know that how one looks when she sings is irrelevant, it is how one sounds is important. Music is about sounds, not appearance. Singers like Jennifer Holliday, Patti Labelle, Shanice Wilson and even Randy crawford at times make 'weird' faces, but as you also attest that does not take from their vocal brilliance.
And yes I know what you cant take on btw , I read it in your eyes.

This is the first time I recall doing so on a Rachelle's video. However, I see the need to call persons out when I think they are distracted. You are a nice guy, but I see where pop culture has taken root. Serious singers reject trivialities. You have to keep focus and look beyond one's physical appearance. I am not attacking you, I want you to be the best entertainer there is and the only way you can soar is if you learn to appreciate ALL positive expressions. Music is art and art is dynamic.
