@TheGRAclan It's a plug-in made by RevisionFX called Twixtor, which uses motion weighted blending and blurring to create the illusion that video that would normally produce duplicated frames or remove frames to speed up/down video in a timeline is actually 1 smooth moving frame.

In other words it's a plugin that blends frames to make slow motion and speed boosts look less choppy. It looks great if everything's set right, but it takes some practice and trial&error to find the right settings.

@Sardanapalus96 It actually has nothing to do with the length of the video. A video could be 40 seconds and "not end abruptly". It's just a matter of the video feeling like it ends without signifying something special to end it on, a "climax" if you want to put it that way.

Lately it just seems like most good montages end on a moment's notice, rather than building up to that ending. Doesn't really make the montage itself any worse, just leaves that feeling of expecting a little more tbh.
