  • Sadly, court cases are about popularity more than truth. The problem is that the "peers" are often unable or unwilling to understand the increasingly-technical evidence, much less the laws.

    Men are convicted of murder over circumstantial evidence and a "bad vibe" (i.e., the jury doesn't like them). So even conviction doesn't mean he is actually guilty. A feminine man with long hair in MS? Sounds like trouble.

    That said, I would LOVE to get the actual facts of the case (court transcripts, etc).

  • Thanks GreenGueriall for Dr. Allen story. Police are not to spend lies and the are here to TRUTH & SERVE that is their job. It is unlaeful for a police offer to tell a lie to make his case and it is unlawful to do that will harming human in jails as well.

  • Dont expect any Nobel awards!

  • The Grand Jury has decided there is enough evidence to try him. Let the jury decide!
