delete this video and upload a longer version we never got to see who one. when me and my older brother played this game for the first time in the late 1980's we played the heck out of it. thing is i bought this outlaw game from the thrift store and also air sea combat but it was terrible because i already had that game only it was called "target fun" so i wasted a dollar bouying air sea battle from the thrift store back in the 1980's.
Another classic. I loved this game as a kid. Funny how games like this are still fun to play even today. It's basic video game combat but it's addictive. I still enjoy games like Pong even while I enjoy the most elaborate xbox360 games that I own.
If you could endure the hits, you could cross over and get right next to the other player. And if you shot him at point blank, you could establish a rhythm where he could never get up long enough to shoot back. Of course, it was hard to keep that rhythm because it was hard not to laugh at the other guy falling on his butt at 2 second intervals.
It's basically Bally and Midway Boot Hill They should have got the official license and called it Boot Hill but I believe their first non Atari arcade port wasnt until Space Invaders in 1980

For some weird reason, Outlaw reminds me of TF2.

In my opinion. This paved the way for DOOM to come. Why? Because of the shooting deathmatch.
