I wouldn't say that this is a great or excellent video, for it's only a 2-minute trailer. But, it's enough to believe that this must be an excellent documentary.
IMDB . com says that this is a 2008 film, so I wonder if any updates have been added since then, to include the Obama presidency or figure-head presidency for Wall Street et al elites (psychopaths, very violent sociopaths).
I guess that they know how deadly and destructive they are, but don't realise consequences will be extreme, also.
As a matter of fact I have seen and read everything by Chossudovsky! Just everything.
I have been reading his analysis from the time of the war on Yugoslavia twenty years ago.
The same goes for Chomsky but I do not appreciate him as much as I do Chossudovsky. Being an anarchist Chomsky is too much of a partisan to me which Edward Herman is not.
@kaliopanikolajeviv Thanks for the reply and I believe that you're right about Noam Chomsky, who sometimes speaks very well, but while displaying his political partisan streak now and then. He definitely did in 2004 for the presidential race in the US, when he and Howard Zinn both sided with voting for John Kerry instead of Ralph Nader, for states where splitting votes could make, in their views anyway, a tragic difference by re-electing a Repub. Zinn later regretted.
@kaliopanikolajeviv And I agree about Edward Herman. He speaks and writes in a non-partisan, unbiased manner, and the same is true of Michel Chossudovsky and plenty of people whose articles contribute as feature pieces at GR (globalresearch . ca, for people, here, who don't know the website yet). I haven't read more than little at GR for quite a while now, due to looking for video reports and docu's, plus having begun a new U. degree. But I read a lot there for several yrs
thanks a lot for telling me about this aspect of his policy! As a matter of fact, Chomsky's contribution to the criminalisation of the Socialism and Stalin is great. His ambiguity was quite helpful to the USA imperialism. There are lots of examples of his helping hand on record.
Somehow the left dissidents that he promoted were never really leftists. In France we call them Alumni as they all have been educated in the USA to be used in politics as Grubacic was used
@kaliopanikolajeviv Chomsky is 1 to be careful with and we need to recall "to err is human". With that said, tho, I seriously despised the influence he and Howard Zinn, who later regretted this action, did in 2004 for the US Presidential elections; just that at least Zinn came to realise that there was real reason for him to regret his political interference or meddling in trying to sway voters one way vs another. I think Chomsky also came to regret, but am not sure.
@kaliopanikolajeviv With that said, I'm neither left nor right, nor centrist. I'm just myself, independently, and try to understand what the f*ck is going on that's wrong. I don't give a hoot about L, R, C, et cetera. They're politically meaningless to me. Justice and, therefore, real peace are my guiding principles; J&P. I'll want to stand with anyone who is right against people who are wrong. R vs W matters to me and my L and R arms, legs, eyes, ears, ... don't argue.
Superpower is good, however sponsored by the fringe left - the emphasis on democracy will give that away. It's basically a documentary about US Hegemony and political events that you most certainly do not hear about from the controlled media whore presstitutes.

@kaliopanikolajeviv Do you mean the 2-minute trailer is an excellent video, or did you view and speak of the full film being excellent?
The trailer gives me a strong impression that it must be an excellent documentary.

So yes, be assured the film is excellent!
