i use black transparent paper for the lens.because it's hard to see.

Sounds like hard to see through paper. I found transparent plastic sheets later, they are good for this and for everything.

Never too late, but I don't remember the diameter now. And I don't want to search the glasses, since I've stored them somewhere. Maybe the lenses are 7 cm in diameter. You can try to draw circles with dividers and pick some which is good. And my template should be in right size, if you print it in A4 paper and don't "fit in paper".

Not corrugated cardboard. Some smooth which is 2 to 3 mm thick.

I'm probably not going to make them, you mean those flip-up glasses. You could make them from iron wire and from transparent plastic, maybe cardboard in the frames is needed.

The clips will broke eventually. I repaired my glasses with bag closeners, which have two thin wires inside plastic surfice, you know the little white clips, which holds bread bags close?

They used to be much more durable before...

But maybe you can try iron wire. That won't broke. But don't use too heave wire, or it's difficult to bend. And too thin won't hold the weight of the lenses.
