bananas combined with a protein rich item is a good choice, because bananas do have the tendency of making me feel tired after eating them by itself. This is a good snack but as a breakfast meal option I don't know

i'm not a banana fan but this is a good idea. i eat carrots, humus, and raisins for lunch often, kind of similar.
