basically nintendo will be offering a famicom title from virtual console worth 500 points to those wii owners who have already spent 500 points on the wii internet channel, nintendo are doing a similar thing in europe.

the other points are concerning wii no ma (video-on-demand service channel run by nintendo and dentsu). the update to the internet channel and expansion to the on-line ambassador (if somebody gets friend online they will receive free virtual console games) hope this helps! si
