usually, three or four sleepers & three coaches, one dinner, one lounge car &pacific parlour car.

But way back when. The Pacific Surfliner back when it was still the San Diegan. Those Trains had long consists though. and the 13 cars on the back end. does bring back memorys of those times.

I haven't seen the Coast Startlight this long. In a long time. I can remember when it use to have up 18 cars in the early 90s.

Nope. Back in the early to mid 90s. Amtrak had Superliners and ex Santa Fe High Level coaches, diners and lounge Cars. The single level cars was long gone from the starlight.

Good video! All those cars on the end were from the discontinued reno fun train. Its a seasonal train operated by Amtrak.
