love it, very effective, thanks dude. Been practicing your exercise in addition to a few other and after 4 days, i can already feel the strength and stability in my planche training.
This guy is retardedly ripped? Can we get some of yours stats like how much you bench and stuff so we get an idea? Also, are your wrists just really weak so you turn them out to decrease the pain?
You aren't doing the full range of motion, you need to stop at the top with arms fully extended and locked and hold it for a second and come back down for it to be helpful really.
seems like really good idea for developing progress early in this kind of strength training. Gotta admit i'm kinda jealous i never thought of that myself. kudos to your ingenuity sir.
It's kinda like doing the worm breakdance move except you haul urself upwards, i guess this is a good training, but i still think that doingf many pushups a day is still better
neal i think this is a great idea to create strenght cause the movement is similar and the same muscles will be trained. just for personal notice, what do you do against wrist pain? do you wear bandages or tape or place your hand different, let me know i subbed
good wrist strenghening tips are lots of handstands, finger tip pushups, and tricep pushups, stretching your wrists out are a good idea too, the more you train for them the stronger your wrists become, notice that his hand positioning is facing more out to the side, that is easier on the wrists as well,
It's a good exercise, but I think it will be beneficial to use even more momentum to get full extension in your arms, and then work on decreasing the momentum over time as you get stronger.
No problem. I've actually been filming much of my own training for the purpose of improving form, and it works great when you've got nobody else to give you advice!
That's a good exercise to add in my planche training, thanks ;)

You can change ur handplacement to avoid wristpain, get them pointing sidewards, or you could just buy some push up bars.
