They even used the Lich King model if you actually analyze the shadows of both him and Sylvanas during the scene where he kills her in the official video. And I also simply couldn't find a more accurate model to use for Arthas that wasn't from the time before he went to Northrend. *shrugs*

What is inacurate is that Sylvanas never was a blood elf, the blood elves came into being directly after an event that involved to Sylvanas becoming Undead.
