Running folders doesn't take much, Try running more than one game or Adobe photoshop, or both together, and even in the end thats just who has more RAM. Are mac users so alone? That all they can do is try to make window users switch over. And for mac running windows, dual boot, is not unique, and the only reason mac runs windows is cause it needs it . Windows would gain no benefit from running Mac OS.

well vista runs faster for me than any version of xp or 7 and any build, and I run vista as 64bit, if you do a vista install integrated with sp2 and past updates, it's really quick, I get ruffs 9-15 second boot, oh that was when my computer had a celeron d 1.5gb ddr2 value memory 266mhz, integrated VIA graphics, etc...

Vista was a peace of crap although. I'm currently using win 7 beta and I have experienced only 4 errors or bugs during the 4 months I have been using it, in vista I used to have about 4 errors a day. That is saying something :)

Most of the reason is... That well, my school, has them... that's funny, I have a computer with Vista and it NEVER freezes. The few times i have used macs, I have always had problems. I used a brand new Mac, opened power point, and it crashed withing 5 minutes. I'm not sure how much the operating system has to do with crashing though.
