Sounds like a RH TB throttle shaft loose to me. If you place your finger on the RH throttle shaft pulley (where the throttle cable is attached to the pulley) and press a bit, the sound should disappear. Also, you'll feel the click. The loose shaft can be repaired with parts from Bing, the TB manufacturer.

Examine the rocker shaft end clearance on the noisy side hot and cold.
