  • What kind of sketch book is he drawing in? Never seen it before...?

  • This vid makes me want to draw again ;) Whoaaa... I want those sketchbook *u* Is that moleskine?

  • i wish they werent that expensive..

  • so inspiring! I love Blick

  • Faber? I always said it like Fayber...

  • I could buy them... But that doesn´t mean I ´ll be a better artist :D

  • these markers are blurred? or because he spends his finger on

  • holy crap, those are some amazing gray colors. I would use those markers for the sole purpose for sketches and black and white pictures.

  • That sketchbook, to me it seems to be a vintage accounting book. I can be wrong, but that's why I think.

BTW, I love what he does!

  • @Miatochan I thought the same thing, but when you look at it I think the accounting book's lines really add to his artwork in a weird way. This guy is talented wow

  • this guy is brilliant!!!

  • Where in the world did he find that sketchbook? I'd like to purchase one that's just like it.

  • @ithyithyithy it's a vintage accounting book..

  • @odst2514 I can blend them, you just need to work with them and learn the way they behave.

  • :O

  • I really have an urge to sit down with a cup of coffee and go through his big sketchbook, one page at a time. Holy cow!

  • Love these pens. I agree they're tough to impossible to blend and they're not as dark or at least the blacks aren't but that's the best you can get without being actual india inks so I tend to mix them up. Definitely beats the Copics in terms of control and effect but to each their own.

  • @DigitalDOOOM I agree 100% with you! They're fantastic and at a fair price! Unlike COPICS, which will bilge you of your money in a snap. I suggest getting Prismacolor if you want to blend, but for little touch-ups and tiny pictures, PITT pens rock. :)

  • does anyone know where i can get a sketchbook like his with the lines?

  • @weirdoda I want the sketch book too lolz :D

  • i got some of these~ Perfect for manga~ xD

  • i want his sketchbook so badly D: the paper is so unique! obviously it isnt an ordinary sketchbook but an inventory of some sort... :/ hmmm

  • @LoZebrah It's an old accounting ledger book.

  • The artist is using Faber Castell Pitt Artist pens. You can purchase them on our website at dickblick . com.

  • what set is he using and how do I buy them?

  • He's amazing!

  • It's beautiful..... ;_;

  • that's so badass i so want those pens, would be such an awesome tool to use!

  • who is this artist?????

  • @greenkrew The artist's name is Don Colley, he is from Chicago.

  • Now, I wanna purchase pens... And I don't really even use pens! lol

  • I'm so addicted to this video... I must comment again. I did indeed order these pens in every colour and I LOVE them! Hopefully, I may be able to do something half as wonderful with them as the artist in this video.

  • Who's the artist. Amazing stuff. I love this pen, the big version is awesome.

  • Wow, that is... pretty damn irresistible! Well done!

  • Me + These pens = Love! The artist's sketchbook in this video is truly inspiring. These pens look amazing. I will be ordering them very soon! =D

  • So I was going to ask who manufactures that cool book that this artist is using as a sketchbook and portfolio until I realized that it is actually an old business ledger from an insurance firm. It appears to suit his needs fairly well. I would love to know what the weight and type of paper it is.
