  • I have some issues with skinny guys telling me how to get strong.

  • i like guys hwo train one leg dominant. It's absolutley true that one leg posteiror chain exercises are best for developing athletic speed.

  • when I do these I just feel it in my quads... I use reverse barbell lunges to target my glutes
