as a resident of NJ I disagree with the state. there is no law anywhere that states DYFS can take children from parents. in this case DYFS had to protect their ass because 2 months before DYFS allowed 3 kids to remain in a home in Newark NJ that were KILLED by deadbeat DRUG DEALER parents. when asked about that case DYFS caseworker stated she overlooked the kids due to too many cases on her schedule. btw I am a National Socialist and think nothing wrong with the name. Aren't all violent crimes hate crimes? Laws that further penalize offenders because their victims belong to a minority are unjust and unconstitutional. The first amendment protects all speech, including unpopular speech. Naming a child Hitler might disgust and offend you, but to say that it's persecution is completely ridiculous.
