My mom used to make me watch their videos when I was little so I would learn. I barely remember how but I think I could pick up on it easily because they way I dance now is still so similar to that of the belly dancing I learned when I was a child

when i started to exercise using other videos of the twin ( core conditioning ) wow! at first the step is so easy and eventually as u do the next other step.., i felt that i n a few minutes my body get relaxed, this is really distressing kind of dance... =)
