The Earl Bros are playing the best music in the country and have been for quite some time now. I wish they would come visit Colorado again. I love, Life full of trouble
Enjoy all three CD's from them and hope to see them in The Netherlands one time (soon?). Allthough I am a Banjo man I can't wait to see how the violinplayer they are looking for blends in this very authentic Bleugrass group.
Had the pleasure of working a show with them in Maine.I applaud Bobby for comming up with his own style and sticking to it like Bill did.You have to play it the way you feel it,even if some people don't understand it or not. and The Earl Brothers do that!
Unlike the breakneck speed of many modern BG bands, The Earl Brothers are masters of a slower pace... similar to the human heartbeat after a coupla beers.

Does anyone else get a strange "apocalypse now" vibe from the lead singer and the guitar player?

Thanks for the post. I already have The Earl Brothers of my myspace page. They get played on Fitzgrass fairly often. I like their unique sound.
