what year did you buy your pure metal ride? I got mine in 08, and it doesnt look much like the current model, the newer ones have chris's signature on the ride, and the bells look smaller.

the traditional maple looks great as it's gold plated (Y).

I got mine second hand for £200 which was quite lucky.
