Anyways I was just wondering about that ... "go monk" think you guys have going... You know the challenge where you stop doing the unnecessary things you do in your life and start to do nothing but 100% productive things for 7 days...  was wondering where on the Ipower website I can find this "system" where I can start doing that?

1 take a piece of paper

2 write down all the stuff that is USELESS in ur life and does NOT contribute to ur life and ur personality

3 turn on the page and write the things that u think u SHOULD do instead (it can be anything, studying, reading, working out.. dating ;) etc)

4 start the hardcore mode. just from the moment u wrote all these things - dont waste time, dont leave it for another day.. - this is my advice.

This the power of the internet (i.e. the people) when they unite to take action to prevent something bad from happening. I'm proud of the people that helped emailing or calling to the members in parlement or made contribution in some other way. I myself also send some emails to the members of the EU parlement. It's good to see that when you all make a little effort big things can happen as a rewarding result.

I'm not much of a carrot person. I can eat all other vegetables just fine, but I don't know, I don't like carrots (unless it was made into a dessert or drink).
