The con-artist featured in this video was was subsequently exposed as a complete fraud and his website discredited as fake. On July 19th, 2011 the Davis County Prosecutor's office charged this scammer with three felony counts of securities fraud for activities related to the website above. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted. A $10,000 felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Last week the Davis County Prosecutor's office formally charged Andres "Andy" Esquivel, the owner of the scam detailed above, with three felony counts of securities fraud (Utah Case#111701135). The two second degree and one third degree felony charges filed against Andy carry a maximum combined jail sentence of 25 years in prison!
I just watched this whole thing Andy don't go back to Utah K OMG the detective how long has he been detective his comment really disturbed me! He don't think women should put single tag on car because they can be setting them self up for trouble OMG how many times have you heard of a rapist saying Oh wait sorry are you married because if you are i am not going to attack you! if what he says is true single women all over the world better get a ring fast! I am sure glad I don't live is slc!
