  • im a noob at front suspension and 16, im trying to get into building my own trike soon but how do you mount the front wheels/ whats it called and did you attend a college, if so, what was your major?

    Much Appreciated

  • Feet forward or arms and head forward?

  • Great job. Check out my giant killer robot project

  • Hi i know im a big chap but no i don't go in it,the motor does i go on top. Thanks Tinks.

  • how the hell do u fit into dat

  • Great fab work man. Just out of curiosity, what spindles did you go with?

  • @fungus0roxanne Hi sorry im in the UK and i assume by spindles you mean wheel hubs the front wheel hubs came from a Opel corsa with homemade top links that accept transit drag link ball joints. Ok thanks for the comment AL.

  • @TINKSTAYLOR Yep, you have it. I meant "wheel hubs" in UK english. :) Looks the badgers nadgers mate!

  • Cool RT check out the one im building

on my page...keep up the good work

  • TINKSTAYLOR I would love to be able to get the plans off you for this. Would that be somehow possible?

  • @warricksmythevideo Hi i don't have plans as such im designing it as i go along the front end is loosely based on the Ron Champion build your own sports car book using the same steering and suspension geometry to fit my frame layout and the rest is made to measure or will be if i ever get time to work on it. So sorry i cant be of much help. Tinks.

  • HAY! you are doing grate.i love it.

  • Your front tires are running backwards. The direction of the tread should flow to the rear not the front. That will allow for water to be channeled rearward instead of forward. Nice build so far.

  • Hi Thanks for the info but the wheels and swinging arm are just slapped on for measuring purposes not much room in my garage for a full mock up and to work at the same time.

  • Looks Awesome!! What did you use for the front hubs, spindles, a-arms, ball joints, tie rods, rack-pinion, shocks?? I need to finish my build, FZ750... I'm trying to research what works best... so any info would be appreciated.. thanks!!

  • Hi sorry not replied til now just found your post it was marked as spam for some reason. Right they are vauxhall corsa front hubs home made adapters for transit van drag link ball joints kit car poly bushes for wishbones no steering as yet i need to get engine back in to see where the exhausts are going. Wishbones and the geometry are based loosely on the Haynes build your self a sports car manual. I would like to see your fFZ750 if you have any pics. Tinks
