The kangaroos have a better reproduction system than ours. The actual pregnancy is like 33 days, and even with the joey in the pouch it's only about five months combined. Better than our 9 months pregnant.

@Ellatheswiftie shorter gestation period does not mean better reproductive system. In general, more complex animals have longer gestation periods.

I have, Crocs are also up the top with being very caring to there young as well until it's time for them to flee... I rather a croc over a roo head anyday lol.
