Good to hear Buck Owens again.

Brad sings and plays with Buck on a demo Buck made just before he passed away.Great song.Buck plays a mandolin-solo on the song "Come On In"-he also wrote the song.

rettwestvol1: I love the song "Come On In!" I'd say that it's my favorite duet Paisley's ever done, and I love how--even though he didn't write it--he turned it into a tribute to Buck Owens. I only wish that "Come On In" had been released as a single--that would've shown artists like Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts and Carrie Underwood what REAL country music is!

Phaseonegraph: I'd agree with Paisley is very diverse! He's one of those rare guitarists (especially in modern times) that actually learned to play everything and learned to play it all so well! Of course, Danny Gatton, Greg Koch, Johnny Hiland and even John 5 have learned to play a number of genres...Paisley is still my favorite though.

Also, I hate how most modern country artists don't sound country, but there still are some talented artists labeled as country that I'll listen to.

an alpaca is kind of like a sheep, kind of like a llama. it's a weird animal that some people raise specifically for wool and other fiber type stuff.

Ceg47241: What do you mean by, "Not enough steel guitar." In case you haven't noticed, Brad Paisley is an outstanding guitarist--one of the best guitarists I've ever heard. When you can play guitar like him, why would you need more steel guitar?

I mean, did Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed put "more steel guitar" into their songs? No--they were guitarists so they put guitar, guitar and more guitar!

I wanted it. The movie makes me NOT want it after I watched it. Electronic Tube, mixed music. Too bad, I wanted to hear Buck Owens. Hos albums are getting too out there. The seem to get worse each album. He was my favorite singer but with every album he get's LESS country. :'( He's a good singer too.

it's mostly instrumental, there's only a few songs with vocals in it. it's like a country guitar album, although brad says there's many different kinds of guitar songs. Like it says, there's many guests and brad plays guitar on the cd itself.

I agree, 5th Gear is awesome!! Definitely one of his best. And we won't tell your Chevy. Fords rule :)
