Hey im about to buy a candy cab everything is working and i saw it running. But i´m planning to mod it into an mame arcade cabinet. Dou you know how i make the joysticks and buttons work with my old pc and connevct the coin door on my computer and video offcourse. Do you have any protips for a beginner. Or maybe i usefull tutorial site or something..
Did I tell you that before I bout my Astro City I saw a Neo 29 that I wanted and it was just like this but it was going for $500 and in such rough shape it was hard to believe that it would go for that much. This is still an awesome deal for sure man
SWEET!!! Damn, that's awesome!! I love it when you find stuff like that. I did the same thing for my cab to get the panel open but I didn't have a key so pryed up the side, slid in a screwdriver and removed the screws. That is one hell of a discount from 800 to 350. Did that come with a PCB in it or not? didn't look like it did but that is soo kick ass! Well done
Seimitsu sticks and sanwa buttons, I see...

Nice candy cabinet! I would love to own one like that someday, I would keep it the same instead of emulation, I already have one with emulators.

switch those joysticks and buttons with some sanwa parts. The one's you have are seimitsu parts. Get a sanwa jlf joystick and buttons.

Decent buy at $350. Those look like some really thin wires. I know it doesn't take much, but talk about cheaping out in production.

Nope no pcb but came with a kick harness and the monitor has a great picture.
