the knobs they keep adjusting are prolly the autopilot control like Heading, Altitude, Speed, Vertical Speed. and the black and white wheels are the auto trim

飛行機が空飛んでいるときの旋回する動作はエルロンとエレベータアップを軽く付け加える事が必要ですか‥、でもエルロンだけでも機体をロールさせた方向に自然と旋回していくけど、ロール角度や旋回度に寄ってはエレベータアップを付加えないとだめですね…。
よくシュミレーターで遊んでいる人はラダーで旋回させて入る人が多いです。
まあ、あれはゲームだからラダーでも旋回するけど本当の飛行機はラダーでは旋回しないですね‥‥。

A320って、イイ飛行機だよなぁ…。グラスコックピットももちろんだけど、サイドスティック採用で計器の視認性が高くなったあたり、開発者の熱意を感じる。パイロット目線のコックピット設計って感じで、好きです。

The knobs you see them adjusting are the autopilot controls, height, speed,heading etc. The spinning things is the trim adjusting automatically.
