  • That was some intense slammin right there.

  • slammin to this dressed like don johnson, how extremely fucked.

  • It's the same song sped up. Listen carefully, EVERYTHING is the same, just a higher pitch

  • lol holy shit,i didnt know st made an appearance on miami vice XD

  • ST!

  • Back to the '08 Baltimore show. The dude in the wheelchair had held his own thru Madball's set as well as about 4 Suicidal songs

  • @HAFA74 LOL!!!

  • I saw SxTx live in '94 and '08. Anyway in '08 Baltimore, there was a guy n a wheelchair pretty close to the stage, he even pushed people back. Eventually Mike Muir brought him up on stage for the best seat n the house

  • Wow! This is great and absurd at the same time. Thanks for posting this bizarre scene, I was looking for a live version of "Institutionalized" and wasn't expecting this.

  • Tssk,Tssk,Tssk You don't go to see Suicidal Tendencies and wear a suit... Tssk Tssk!

  • lol

  • kudos for posting this but why is the dialog in french? like the fact that S.T. didn't let the gunshot at the end stop them from playing their final note

(also - the majority of these ppl don't look like they would fit in at a suicidal concert - i know they're just extras.... just saying)

  • I saw this episode many years ago only one time and for years wanted to see him again, but the tv channel never repeated it. Tks for sharing.

  • @cyberneticchaos

No fucking way the new version is better. This is the shit.

  • wtf......suicidal tendencies playing in a disco dance bar

in a translated-to-french miami vice episode loooooool

  • @kingnuke oui, senoir!!

  • @ both kingnuke and fore66. You guys prolly weren't around in the 80's. I've seen Black Flag playing for a bunch of diaper wearing oldtimers at a VFW circa 1982. Well, them and 10 of my closest friends.

  • I was young as fuck, and I feel like I missed the bus on that whole shit. I wish I could have expierenced that era when it was fresh at my age now. Most of my influences came out around that time. Now I'm up in this 2010 bullshit ready to fucking vomit on the music industry. I fucking hate these days.

  • suicidal tendencies playing at a dance bar, lol!!

  • Mike may have wanted a Pepsi, but the crowd seems to have already had some coke !

  • Damn, that's a hardcore mosh pit right there.

  • is the guy in the video the crazy guy in their videos

  • that video ended with a bang.

  • Cant you knuckleheads tell that this was a tv production..

  • Whers the fucking pit?

  • Looks like they stole the crowd from a Flock of Seagulls Show. Glad I didn't see this back when it first came out. I woulda been extremely disappointed. Now it's just plain funny.

  • Yeah, Pathetic

  • GAY

  • what's sad is i remember this...thought it was so cool at the time, seeing ST on tv...

  • That IS sad!

  • yeah, me too.

Know what's worse? suicidal re-recorded this whole album :(

  • I personally like the new version better.

  • you must not have been an ST fan in the 80s

  • Yes, I wasn't born in the 80's. But it's my opinion. :)

  • i understand :D

  • Wow, that is just flat out disappointing!!! The crowd looks like they are dancing to Duran Duran!!! I bet they got paid, I guess they were trying to promote the upcoming Join The Army LP at the time?

  • It just doesn't look right. Like the people are all groovin' to "other" music.

  • So ummmmm where's the bald guys with no t-shirts, Doc Martins, and crossed out swastikas. I think there needs to be at least 30 of those dudes pummeling the shit outta those coke heads. This isn't Scarface! It should be a hard core show!!! Still, it's kinda funny. I mean it's Miami Vice, how realistic can you get. Do you really think police officers drive Ferraris? Or where Italian suites? Maybe Mike Muir coulda wore an Italian suite (with a flannel shirt and a dew rag LOL).

  • Fuck yeah, this is my kind of disco. Hardcore punk & hot women dressed up sexy gettin down to SxTx.

  • oh yeah, let me and my cousins talk to doc brown and get a flux capacitor, will go back in time and put some lames in the hospitil.! its so funny they dancing like its a fucken hop or some shit. =]

  • That crowd would be scared as fuck at ST more than some crippled fat guy with a gun.I think i saw a punk in leather jacket in there, not to sure.

  • yeah,right? this looks like a 1980's Madonna crowd!

  • Is that Conan the barbarian working behind the bar?

  • How professional of ST to throw that impromptu ending in there after the dude shot the gun. Most bands would just stop playing and leave everyone hanging.

  • Lma0!!!

    nice observation there

  • lol j'avais complètement zapé qu'il y avait suicidal dans un episode de Miami Vice :D

  • This was so cool when it was on Beavis and Butthead.

  • this song was recorded in 1983! and i was born in 1985, this song sounds more like 1993, this just shows how far ahead of it's time this song really is!

  • your on drugs!

  • hahaha, what the hell!?

  • la honte pour suicidal...

  • hahaha, wheel mosh!

  • WTF ARE PEOPLE LIKE THEM DOING LISTENING TO MUSIC LIKE THIS AND DANCING LIKE THAT ?!?!?!?!

    twats.

i know theyre jsut actors but, come on. :/

  • it's the 80s, things were pretty retarded back then

  • NO we weren't. It was the idiot producers and directors of Hollywood who made this clip. Most actors back then were into New Wave.

  • 80's retarded? bullshit! the 2000's are ten times worse!

  • 100% agree with that. Some of the most braindead music in recent history is coming straight out of the 2000's!

  • I hear that

  • I got news for you: Miami Vice is not realistic. This ST song in particular practically demands a mosh pit: you get in the pit in the slow part and then thrash around during the fast part. And back then we called it slamming.

  • WHERE IS THE MOSHPIT FAGGOTS!!?!

  • all of the modern so called rock groups should thank st, they lead the way

  • yes them on the american side, and sex pistols on the U.K. side!

  • All I wanted was a Pepsi!

  • this song is fuckin hilarious...noone can listen to this song and say their mother never barged into their room and made drug accusations....good shit

  • this is ridiculous. First of all, this is HARDCORE, not Eagles, Kiss or hip hop crap. Second, people on the club are dancing like an Oingo Boingo concert. Where's the fuckin' pogo? The old guy on a wheelchair would be smashed into pieces. The girls on high heels hahahaha they make me laugh. This is so unreal, that's why I hate TV Series. And SxTx is fuckin' great, if you don't like this song, you missed the point about Suicidal or real hardcore. Go listen to Ten Years After or other hippie shit.

  • just watched this on tv, its awesome. thank god for re-runs. suicidal tendencies + miami vice = satisfaction.

  • ke gonorrea!!!!

  • how can you not call it a song, S.T are the best!!

  • the worst song ever, you can't even call it a song it's just gay talking listen to real music nubs: Blue Oyster Cult, The Eagles, The Police, AcDc, Guns N Roses, Kiss, and Nirvana get a live ppl.

  • those songs are good but this one is also because of the difficult to play em

  • i know those bands are good thats why i put em up there but this song is just.....shity

  • my band just played this song the other day at a show and u don't even know how hard it is to do this song. you have no idea. musically it's genius. and the vocals have to go in rythm. the only thing that is different than most songs is the vox hardly have pitch change. btw... life not live... you play live and you get a life.

  • yeah once i noticed i could not change it. but anyway the vocals on this song suck ass i don't doubt how good the guitar is but im pointing out the vocals mainly....they makes no sense

  • Fuck KISS.

  • fuck you

  • omg that is the best, I love the dancing feet

  • ....

  • WTF.... FUCK THE MAKER OF THIS SHIT

    u fuck-up a good-song.....so fuck u

  • HAHAHAHAHA, i do remember watching this episode way back in the day, i laughed at the ol man spinning in his electric wheel chair, and even today its funny as hell. thanks for making me feel old

  • WTF I dont Remember this

  • Miami Vice offended all Cyco!!!!

  • If I had heard that ST were on, that may have actually got me to watch. Miami Vice was never supposed to represent reality, but this is ridiculous.

  • delire !

  • Wow...seeing all those high heeled shoes dancing to one of my favorite ST songs almost ruined it for me. Wow...it just doesn't compute.

  • hahaha.

  • it makes sense to me

miami was on the right track !!

  • man this is one of the funniest clips i've ever seen

    the song+the band+the audience

    it just doesn't compute

  • it makes sense to me

miami was on the right track !!

  • That's the most disturbing clip i have ever seen.

  • hah, i would love to see a Florida Death Metal band on this show

    that would be fuckin brutal

    perhaps Cynic?

  • For a second, I thought this was going to be 21 Jump Street. They played this song in one of those episodes. Anyways, What the fuck? Did they really play music like this in clubs like that back then?!

  • Speaking as a hardcore guy who was lived in Miami at the time of this episode, I am sorry to report that yes, it really was this lame. Back in the early mid-80's, "hardcore" was the early bird special at Denny's. It was lamer than a horse with no legs. That said, seeing ST in Miami Vice is pretty surreal.

  • it was lame, but it wasn't full of new wave kids "dancing" to punk.

  • Really? That bad huh?! So Grace Jones at the ST show in Miami Vice was about the most hardcore thing?

  • i guess the hardcore sceene in miami was alittle different.

  • yeah man, WTF

  • Yes, WTF

  • WTF
