The solo of this song is absolutely amazing. The sweeps are so fkin amazing. I dont really like cobs new trashy style. Im into epic-pagan and folk metal. But CoB was one of my favourites until Are You Dead Yet? . They became a mainstream USA trash band. But their skills at their instruments still kick ass. Especially Janne's. Janne rocks. Janne is the king. But Alexi and Jaska are fkin amazing as well.

Scale?? As in, music theory? Not only does it modulate(Change key), but it contains countless modes and scales(i.e. Natural Minor, Harmonic Minor, Phrygian, Locrian, etc.) that change constantly. Alexi knows his music theory like the back of his hand.

I just said. Natural Minor, Harmonic Minor, Phrygian, Locrian, etc. You don't just focus on one scale, you use different modes interchangably. A single 5-second rhythm guitar riff can have 8 different modes in it. It all depends on how you use them, when you use them, and when you DON'T use them. But first, it would help for you to go learn modes. Obviously you have no idea of what I'm talking about. Knowing music theory will make your musical playing and ability 300x better.
