Auggiefan are you a musician? No? Take from someone who plays a few instruments. She one of the greatest vocalist in history. Her range and clever control is as precise a laserbeam, just incredible. I can't really think of anyone out their who could top her, match her maybe, but not top her vocal wizardry. Not to mention the soul power of the tone of her voice.

Amazing 30 years later and people still discuss her style and color (or lack of) if you mention Teena Marie. Teena is unique, she is her own person and sings her own style, the same as she did 30 years ago. There is room in the world for all kinds of talent, Teena Marie included.
