Speaking reallistically and sensibly, most of the manowar songs speak off war crap and their messages are all about violence. In a strange way though their songs OWN and if you overcome the lyrics issue you can appreciate their talent...

The earlier Manowar stuff has a lot of Iron Maiden feel to it. Amazing to see how they've progressed over the years and become more and more their own entity.

Not that I don't love the old stuff. Some of my favorite manowar personally. I think Eric Adams' voice has changed over the years as well, it used to be more high-pitched all around. So while he doesn't have quite the amount of high pitched stuff as he used to he has a much deeper manlier sound now.

Yeah now when you say it i really see the similarity to holy war. And this version is much better than the LTH version. This is much more powerful end with more emotion, cause Eric's voice is much better here.

This is an extremely rare demo and I have to say it kills.. This is a darker version of "Brothers of Metal" from 1996. Think about it: they've released it 10 years later. Would like to know this one didn't make Fighting the World or even Kings of Metal. Hail Manowar.
