  • Whats your FSAA setting at.

  • @yoketah My FSAA setting is at x8

  • you should take a look of my video in ultra high config +performence +quality !

  • just out of curiosity, what Fps are u gettin with wat card? andddd whats the name of the songg :D :D

  • Im not sure about that song but the gpu im using is the ASUS Radeon HD 4870 X2, with ultra high and the natural mod i get 27 - 50 fps with the quad core q6600 not overclocked.

  • nice setup man, wish i had stuff like that, cant afford it at the moment :(

  • I cant afford it either, my mum and dad pay for me, im only 14, lol :P

  • haha well im 15. Hence why i cant afford it. Ur a lucky kid havin a mum n dad who will actually pay for that stuff. Take it ur quite well off?

  • well i must add i do work hard at school to be having things like this, even though we are quite a wealthy family, we are all hard working. So i dont just get things by asking, i have to earn them.

  • ye man, well done, u can tell from the way your typing and stuff that your quite smart. Keep up the hard work then m8 ;)

  • yea this is like AMD beyond HD really.

  • didnt you realize that everyone in a 2 mile radius notices you when you equip the flashlight?

    pretty fucked up gameplay ^^

anyway everything is way to dark for the sun to be that high up. at that time in the morning the shadows wouldnt be so dark anymore

  • yea its stupid u get noticed in a 2 mile radius with a flashlight, its stupid, as for the darkness when the sun is up, i cant really change it halfway through the game, i thought the first part of the map when there was no sunlight and everything was dark looked pretty cool, after that things got a bit stupid :P

  • For the love of god man turn off the flashlight! :D nice vid.

  • lol u couldnt see shit :P

  • what the name of this song ?

  • Alex Megane - So Today (Club Mix)

  • What do you use to record, when I try to record with fraps I get a massive framerate drop, i drop from about 60-70 to about 10-20, i run everything maxed out

  • i used fraps but i recorded at 1280 x 720, it looks the same as 1920 x 1200 in video so i would use that

  • Looks great. I actually ran (and recorded) Crysis DX10 @ 1920x1080 myself (I have a video on here, check it out if you like).

It stutters more than your recording. What resolution did you record it at?

How did you customize it to go 'beyond Ultra High'? I think for me, I've just got everything set to max (except AA)?

  • i recorded it at 1280 x 720, they quality is no different to 1920 x 1080, so... also without aa, also with the ultra high, i used autoexec.cfg in the game folder, like crysis

  • what framerate did you get, on the default 'Very High' I only get 1 to 3 FPS :L

I've heard warhead has 32x Anti-Aliasing and an even more advanced engine.

  • and if you want a better framerate trying cranking down the settings in CCC (adaptive anti-aliasing), as they reduce my framerate by about 5-10 FPS and I can't tell the difference.

  • dude you cant really see the difference in anything can u, lol, i have everthing default in CCC and use crysis to change my settings, and warhead to ave default aa x32 is porbally fake, it could take x32 aa but not show it in the menu.. :P

  • since Crytek said that, then it must be true :L

  • there is no 32xaa in any game as far as i know, and warhead still uses original crysis aa which means it fucks your gpu's ass.

i play at 1680x1050 and when i activate 8xAA, instead of none at all, there are two changes:

    - more than half the framerate is gone.

    - palm leaves in the background look blurred. picture quality gets neither more realistic nor nicer to look at.

  • i tend to not use aa anymore really, only for games which really do look blocky, yes i must admit it does make the picture quality really blurry and so i dont really use it anymore, as for the fps, i dont see much of a change in fps, dont ask me why. lol, and for the x32 aa, for top end ati cards it has an option in the control center to override the aa up to x32.

  • Does overclocking the cpu give it a boost?

  • for physics it should, assuming you have a strong gpu and enough ram of course.

performance depends on the weakest part in the system, not the strongest, so if your pc struggles @ explosions and collapsing buildings then overclocking the cpu will help.

  • Have you tried Warhead?

  • no, ive tried to downloading it but no luck atm, ill try again :P

  • do you use torrent=?

  • no i bought crysis ;)

  • lol u still havnt tried it? lol

  • what u want me to do steal it from a shop? lol.......

  • yes
