yes. because you violated the terms of use, they technically own the software, but i think it was dumb. they did a lot, your saves wont work on other xbox;s either.

That was their goal. The point of NAND chip downgrading is if you have a broken xbox use it's serial number for xbox live and unfladh you DVD Rom drive that way it works. Find a buddy with an unbanned unfladhed xbox who only plays offline. Then trade :) problem solved

I got banned & almost if not everyone I know with flashed Xboxs got banned. I've ordered the MW2 super elite for online (mw2 etc.) & might get an arcade, never connect it to Live & have it flashed for offline games like Assassins Creed 2.
