I guess the reason for that is due to the time zones. Where it would be the 8th where I am located in the UNITED KINGDOM. However youtube runs under a different time zone, Pacific Time (PST) so it will still be the 7th of the month for about 7 or 8 hours more than the UK time.
IN the video it says 8 December 2010 but YouTube says it was uploaded on 7 December 2010. Did you go back in time or what?

UK = 8th of December
USA = 7th of December
