I personally took the opinion that Chaos Angel NEEDED something like this, even through the choppy GBA sounds, you can tell they tried something like this. But were clearly limited. And as far as I was concerned. I am yet to hear another remix that has done Chaos Angel justice. Most are rather subpar electronic arrangements or just bad instrument choices...

@OgnarPliskin I've been semi-working one. I'm not sure really how to pull it off more than anything. I'll render what I've got and throw it at you tomorrow if you want, see what you think :V I really planned on Act 3 next, but I don't think I have a good enough guitar soundfont really.

Okay, I gotta ask, were you editing directly from the original song, or was this by ear? Because if this was by ear, then GODDAMN you have good ears, because the song goes almost perfectly in time with the original (the intro 0:01 - 0:07 is about a quarter second faster than the original... that's literally it).

Well, it took A LOT of screwing with different speeds for different parts, but I finally managed to combine the 2 seamlessly (except for a tiny bit in the end). Want me to send you the file, see what you think of it?
