He has diaper rash all over his belly and thighs. It probably hurts when you rub it with a cloth.

@TheMinnie419 Actually his skin is just mottled there. He's never had a problem with diaper rash however he had terrible eczema/itching/dry-skin shortly after this until only a few months ago (he's almost 1.5 now and will be a big brother in a couple months :). After trying all kinds of ointments I realized that a major contributor was that I was putting too much of the detergent in the washing machine, even though non-irritating brand). Just wasn't rinsing out all the way. Poor lil guy. Thanks
