Quit the same way of an transfer like in a germany old peoples home. but u must set the bed to your hip height, its better for your back.

The patient is in a typical hospital bed, and of course, it has standard height, so bending is unavoidable; I like this demo for starters.

@zensabio the bed used has no standard height. It is electrical. the height can be adjusted.

If this patient is on a profiling bed then why on earth hasnt the physio altered the bed height so she isnt having to bend down and get into a poor posture when she is rolling the patient and when she is raising the top half of the bed? She also twists at the same time. This is a very poor video!

This is rubbish! The physio is doing techniques with the bed too low for her so she is having to bend in order to do things! How is that looking after your back?!
