They said, recycling, light saving products, and solar panels will save us money too but the cost of living is higher than ever. I 44 oz drink of Coca-Cola once a day, almost every day for the last 7 months. The only thing I can feel has changed is my stool looks like Coca-Cola diarrhea and I've become less energetic. Soda isn't making people become overweight, TV and Video Games are, unless they are fitness video games.

People have to keep active and work out, but you must also eat Vegatables and stay away from the Suger as much as you can, even though it's difficult.

As for Soda in the Future, There will be alternative Healthy Drinks that are much more tastier than the crap we drink today. I gave up soda a few years ago and many people will do the same when they are ready.

@FoodOnCrack Fast metabolism. You can eat pretty much anything as much as you want, and you actually should. Just don't eat/drink so much sugared/sour foods, because they fuck up your teeth. Also avoid additives and watch your chlolesterol.

I have fast metabolism and it's pretty nice to eat alot without gaining too much fat :)

For example here in Ireland the price of tobacco has doubled to about the price of 8 or 9euro almost 12 dollers for a box of 20 in the last 10 years.

I don't believe soda makes you fat, but it does dissolve your teeth from the ultra low PH. It doesn't matter if it is "DIET" or normal soda, the PH is still ultra low. I have Litmus PH papers and have test it myself. Lemonade had a higher PH!

Seltzer water has a neutral PH, takes a while to get used to, but is superior once you get used to it. If they want to raise the price on soda, they better have alternatives at restaurants that are cheaper, otherwise, it won't do anything but anger people.

@guest2424 Theres no way seltzer water has a nuetral pH. CO2 +water makes cabonated water, which is actually carbonic ACID. It has a pH of about 4. And lemon juice has a lower pH that pop actually. You probably had very diluted lemon juice.

@vusiliyK I'll test the soft drinks and seltzer water and take a picture and link you to it on Friday. When I tested it, it tested PH neutral and Coca Cola tested as the lowest acidity which was ultra dark red like a 1-3. The lemonade was technically "minute maid lemonade" which is made without any actual fruit juice and I believe Sprite was the closest to neutral for the soda's I tested (coca cola, dr pepper, root beer, sprite, diet coke, Minute Maid Lemonade, coffee, tea).

@ctoon6 when insurance companies will pay, consumers are no longer interested in seeking cheaper prices, so doctors will just charge what they want and not look to increase efficiency. the gov is also to blame because they are forcing insurance companies to have more coverage, when in reality to fix the problem, they need to slowly pull back coverage on stuff like worthless flu shots and lower cost medication. they also force doctors to to have way too many files and such, like 15% of all cont..
